The Department of Anatomy, Integral Institute of Medical Sciences & Research (IIMSR), under the Faculty of Medicine & Health Sciences, Integral University Lucknow, in collaboration with the Faculty of Nursing, is organizing a Debate Competition on the occasion of Ethnic Day Celebration.
The competition will be held on 7th April 2026 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Multipurpose Hall, 2nd Floor, Phase I. The debate topic for the event is:
“A blanket ban on prenatal sex determination is necessary to effectively promote gender equality and prevent gender-based discrimination.”
This academic event aims to encourage critical thinking and meaningful dialogue among MBBS Phase I students on issues aligned with Sustainable Development Goal 5 (Gender Equality), highlighting the importance of addressing gender-based discrimination in society.
All Heads of Departments, faculty members, postgraduate and junior residents, as well as students of the Faculty of Medicine & Health Sciences, are cordially invited to attend and participate in this intellectually engaging event.
