Master of Technology (Electronics Circuits and Systems Engineering) is a 2-year post graduate degree engineering program which is divided into 4 semesters The course provides knowledge and skill development in designing, troubleshooting and servicing electronic equipment and circuits. The course focuses on modern solid-state devices and electronic circuits including diodes, the metal-oxide-semiconductor (MOSFET) translator and their applications such as single-stage MOS amplifiers.
Candidates have to be successful in IUET 2026 (Integral University Entrance Test)/ GATE/ State Level Engineering Entrance Exams across India or other Engineering Entrance Examinations for M.Tech Programs conducted by the prominent universities.
Applicants are required to submit the mark sheet of their last qualifying examination as soon as it is issued. The document must be submitted no later than July-end or August, in accordance with University requirements.
