Deeper insight- Students will demonstrate an understanding of various human conditions through different genres of literature. The application of the knowledge gained by studying tragedy, comedy etc will elevate the students from mere material existence.
Effective Communication and articulation- Development of various communication skills such as reading, listening, speaking, etc., which we will help in expressing ideas and views clearly and effectively.
Social Interaction- Development of humanistic outlook will animate the students to take active part in human life and issues.
Effective Citizenship- Imbibe moral and social values in personal and social life leading to highly cultured and civilized personality.
Ethics- Follow the ethical principles and responsibilities to serve the society.

Self-directed and Lifelong learning- Students will be capable of self-paced and self-directed learning aimed at personal development and for improving knowledge/skill development.

Critical Thinking- Students will demonstrate an understanding of major concepts in all disciplines of literature. Understood the basic concepts, fundamental principles, and the literary theories related to various literary phenomena and their relevancies in the day-to-day life.
