Integral University, a seat of educational excellence, is a premier university in Lucknow, the capital city of the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. It was established under Act Number 9 of 2004 by the State Government. The University is duly approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under sections 2(f) and 12B of the UGC Act, 1956, Medical Council of India, Pharmacy Council of India, Indian Nursing Council, Council of Architecture, Bar Council of India, Indian Association of Physiotherapists, National Council for Teacher Education, UP State Medical Faculty.

Integral University is accredited by NAAC and recognized as a Scientific & Industrial Research Organisation (SIRO) by the Department of Scientific & Industrial Research, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India.

The department of Electronics & Communication, Integral University, was set up in the year of 1998. Since then the alumni of the department have been contributing towards the growth and development of innumerable organizations. Department, aim at blending theory and knowledge into practice with perfection. The courses are updated from time to time. Emphasis is laid not only on the theoretical concepts but also on practical experiences and industry interaction.

The Department of Electronics & Communication is an integral part of the Integral University. It produces graduates, post-graduates and researchers of excellent caliber. The well-equipped laboratories form the backbone of the department there by contributing significantly to the practical adeptness of the students. The department offers courses, which are industrial in focus as well as research oriented.

The Department of Electronics Technology is one of the oldest departments of this University, Established in 1998. The department secured NBA accreditation in 2007 and again in 2012.The department has distinguished itself with its alumni spread all over the world. Equipped with the most advanced labs, this department nurtures young minds & provides them the appropriate launch pads to grow and excel in the technical world. The department offers Bachelor, Master and Doctoral Degree the field of Electronics and Communication. Apart from academics, the department outshines many other departments in inter-departmental cultural and sports competitions.
