FOR ALL B.TECH STUDENTS · EXCEPT CSE
These minors are designed as an interdisciplinary bridge for B.Tech students enrolled in programmes(except CSE). By completing a 17-credit minor in Cyber Security or Data Science, students gain industry-relevant digital competencies that complement their primary discipline, broaden career prospects, and contribute directly to their undergraduate credit framework. Each minor spans Semesters IV through VII, embedding seamlessly within the regular academic schedule without additional burden.

This programme is exclusively offered to B.Tech CSE students as a research-oriented add-on, designed to cultivate the analytical mindset and technical depth needed for industry R&D and postgraduate research.The programme contributes 17 credits to their undergraduate span and positions graduates to enter roles in applied AI research, product innovation, and advanced study with a demonstrable research portfolio.

A structured five-course research track covering Research Methodology & Ethics, Introduction to AI & Machine Learning, Deep Learning & Generative AI, Optimisation Techniques in AI, and a Literature Review Dissertation.
