The Alumni Welfare Association of Integral University organized a Hydration Drive on 14th June 2024 intending to provide relief and refreshment to the underprivileged members of the city during the scorching summer heat. This noble initiative is carried out under the guidance of Hon’ble Pro-Chancellor Dr. Syed Nadeem Akhtar & Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Prof. Javed Musarrat to serve public health and uplift the lives of those in need.
The Hydration Drive was inaugurated by Hon’ble Chancellor & Founder Prof. S.W. Akhtar at Gate No. 1 of the Integral University-Main Campus and Phase-III on 14th June 2024. The Hon’ble Chancellor & Founder flagged off the event, highlighting the importance of such initiatives and appreciating the efforts of the Alumni Welfare Association.
Following the flag-off ceremony, a dedicated team of volunteers from the Alumni Welfare Association set out to distribute drinking water and refreshing towels (gamchhas) at the different locations. The volunteers worked tirelessly to ensure that the hydration supplies reached the target beneficiaries, including laborers, daily wage workers, and individuals spending extended periods outdoors in the scorching heat.
The Hydration Drive received an overwhelming response from the community. Many individuals benefited from the distribution of drinking water and towels. The initiative brought relief and smiles to the faces of many who were struggling to cope with the intense summer heat. The beneficiaries expressed their gratitude for the thoughtful initiative, appreciating the efforts of the Alumni Welfare Association and the volunteers.

Usmani), Chief Warden- Integral Hostel (Dr. Mohammad Faisal) lauded the drive, highlighting the importance of such initiatives in promoting social welfare and community service.
