Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC)

In accordance to the University Grants Commission (Redressal of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2023 (UGC NOTIFICATION, New Delhi, 11th April, 2023). The Integral University has established a grievance redressal mechanism that is easily accessible and user-friendly. Individuals can submit their grievances via email at any time and from any location. Alternatively, they may personally approach any member of the grievance committee with a written application outlining their concerns.

STEPWISE PROCEDURE FOR REDRESSAL OF GRIEVANCES

  • Any aggrieved student of Integral University may submit an application seeking redressal of their grievance either in person or via through email at sgrc@iul.ac.in
  • The Students’ Grievance Redressal Committee would take necessary action toredress the complaint.
  • If the student is not satisfied by the action of SGRC, it may seek redressal througha complaint to the Ombudsperson.
