Cleanliness Awareness Program

National Service Scheme,under the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports Govt. of India, popularly known as NSS was launched in Gandhiji's Birth Centenary Year 1969, in 37 Universities involving 40,000 studetns with primary focus on the development of personality of students through community service. Today, NSS has more than 4.00 million student volunteers on its roll spreadover 300 Universities. Under the National Service Scheme (NSS) the Integral University organized a 10 Camps. During the camp, around 300 students from various programs worked for the social cause under the supervision of four camp supervisors. The University has been organizing these camps for the last 11 years. This year, camp programs like Social Works, Literacy Campaign, Cleanliness Awareness Program etc. were on the agenda of participants. The main focus during the year 2017-18 was on Voter Awareness Campaign which was organized on 25th January 2018, to encourage the people to vote and contribute for a powerful and excellent government. As it is evident that the development of any country depends upon a good government as well as upon the vigilant citizens; thus the NSS volunteers campaigned to make aware the people about this. The occasion was graced by the esteemed presence of the Honorable Governor of Uttar Pradesh, Mr. Ram Naik accompanied with the Chief Election Commissioner. The efforts of these students under the guidance of Programme Officer Mr. S. N. Akhtar, were appreciated by the Honorable Governor.
