Outcome
|
The Antibiogram CME sensitized the faculty & residents of the hospital about the bacterial strains currently isolated from patient samples in IIMSR. It also provided valuable information about the antimicrobial sensitivity pattern of the isolates at our Institute. The CME also covered the antibiotic policy of our institute based on the antibiogram findings which is of immense importance in deciding the empirical antibiotic therapy initiated for treating a patient with suspected infections. The CME was concluded with feedback and suggestions from faculties and Dean Ma'am.
