About the Program
The Human Resource Development Center (HRDC), Integral University, is pleased to announce a Five-Day Faculty Development Program (FDP) on the theme “Enhancing Teaching, Research, and Professional Communication Skills”. This program aims to upskill faculty members, Integral University in key areas of academic excellence, including:
- Innovative Teaching Methodologies (Flipped Classrooms, Heutagogy, PBL)
- Outcome-Based Education and Assessment
- Effective Project Proposal Writing and Research Supervision
- Integration of AI Tools in Research
- Scientific Writing and Statistical Analysis
- Professional and Soft Skills for Academic Communication
Each day will feature expert-led sessions, hands-on workshops, and interactive engagements to promote practical learning.
