Empowering Women's Health: One Day Seminar at Integral University
Commemorating Self-Care Day, a thought-provoking seminar on Women's Health & Hygiene is being organized by the Integral University, Lucknow. This initiative is a collaborative effort between the Department of Bioengineering, Women's Study Centre, Internal Complaints Committee, and Pink Shakti, Lucknow.

* Women's safety – Equipping women with strategies for self-defense and creating awareness about safety measures.
* Menstrual hygiene & myths – Dispelling misconceptions and promoting healthy practices around menstruation.
* HPV vaccination – Understanding the importance of vaccination for preventing cervical cancer.
* Cervical Cancer – Raising awareness about the causes, symptoms, and early detection methods for cervical cancer.
* Mental Health – Addressing the specific mental health challenges faced by women and providing guidance on maintaining emotional well-being.
The seminar boasts a distinguished panel of keynote speakers:
* Ms. Manjari Upadhyay, Founder, Jijiwisha Society – Ms. Upadhyay's expertise is likely to bring valuable insights on women's safety and empowerment.
