Yoga is an ancient practice in India. It is one of the best natural ways of keeping fit. We at Integral University celebrate Yoga Day with great zeal every year. Integral University conducts Yoga training programs both indoor and outdoor for its students faculty and staff from time to time. Integral University Sports Academy conducts Yoga exercises by inviting various Yoga Trainers. The exercises conducted covers warm up sukshma vyayaams like Greeva sanchalan, Skand sanchalan involving bending, stretching, shoulder movement, trunk movement and knee movement etc. The other Asanas performed are Tadasana, Vrikshasana, Paadhastasan, Pachimotasana, Arkad dhanurasan, Bhujangasana, Dhanurasan, Shawasan etc.
