Integral University conducts life skill activities from time to time. The purpose is to provide
necessary skills to the students in the campus. The aim of providing life skill is to inculcate
adaptive and positive behavior which enables students to deal with the demands and problems in
day-to-day life related with life. Various activities are organized by the Directorate of Sports and
Dean Student Welfare to meet the need of new emerging life skill in the world of digitization and
post Covid world. Life skills are provided for fitness in the form of Yoga classes cum training,
gymnasium facilities for students, awareness about health and hygiene. These activities are
conducted from time to time to maintain the mental and physical well being of students and staff.
