The Department of Pathology, Integral Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (IIMSR), Integral University, Lucknow, observed World Cancer Day on 05 February 2026 with a dedicated awareness program aimed at highlighting the importance of cancer prevention, early diagnosis, and collective action in combating the disease.
The program commenced with an inaugural session emphasizing the global significance of World Cancer Day and its theme, underscoring the urgent need for coordinated efforts in cancer prevention and control.
