The Department of Community Medicine, Integral Institute of Medical Sciences and Research commemorated "World Tuberculosis Day under 'Revised Amional Tuberculosis Programme' on 24-03-2019 at Urban Health and Training Centre (UHTC) Sar Jaya Nagar.Each year, we commemorate World Tuberculosis (TB) Day on March 24 to raise public awareness about the devastating health, social and economic consequences of TB, and to step up efforts to end the global TB epidemic. Health education about tuberculosis was given to 15 participants.6 faculty/staff & 25 students from IIMSR were involved in the activity.
