Physical fitness enables us to perform up to our maximum potential. Fitness is explained as a condition which helps us feel young and do our best. Physical fitness involves the improved performance of the heart and lungs, and the muscles of the body. Fitness influences mental alertness and emotional stability.
Integral University has excellent facilities like University Gymnasium which is equipped with state of the artequipment and is being regularly used by its students and facility.
As part of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav and to commence 75th Independence Day of India, the Office of Dean, Students’ Welfare and Directorate of Sports – Integral University organized Run 4 India “Fit India Freedom Run 2.0” under “FITNESS KI DOSE AADHA GHANTA ROZ” program on Friday 13th August, 2021 at university sports ground. Faculty members, staff members and students of the university enthusiastically took part and took an oath for following a healthy and fit life through exercises and diet control.
