ARTISTIC COMMITTEE

Role and Responsibilities of the Artistic Committee-

The core responsibilities of artistic committee are to meet those needs by selecting a programme that will present a challenge to members and which will attract and entertain a wide audience. The committee provides support and infrastructure facilities to students who are talented and interactive in the different arts. It creates opportunity to participate in on and off campus artistic activities and competitions. The committee plays a keen role in organizing annual events like Fiesta which is one of the uniqueness of the institution which encompasses a wide range of art genres including music, dance, literature, poetry, skits, drama, fashion vogues etc. Every year the committee frames various sub-committees with the members of faculty and students for the successful conduct of the different events in and out of the campus.

Objectives of the Artistic Committee-

To promote and arrange extracurricular activities to build up and encourage students' ability and creativity in the performing arts.
To organize competitions for artistic events like sketching, photography, face painting, graffiti, rangoli, tatoo making, origami etc.
To recognition and increase opportunities for students through art in bigger platform.
Review and make recommendation upon all works of art be presented by the students in different events.
Encourage the students to involve in various artistic activities and competitions at different levels.
