I truly appreciate the hard work and ingenuity demonstrated by our faculty and staff during this challenging time. They have worked tirelessly to develop and implement ways to support our students and help sustain their academic progress. Students are the most important stakeholders on our campus. I would also like to thank all our students for being flexible and patient under such stressful circumstances. My all-out efforts would be to create opportunities and inspire students to achieve their goals, and to ensure that in addition to their academic pursuits they lead a safe and rich campus life with our incessant support.
Henceforth, my endeavors will be dedicated towards promoting the advancement and creation of new knowledge and to catalyze the transformation of Integral University to a student centric, discovery driven, A-grade University, to cater the educational needs of the region and serve the community, society, state and nation at large. I strongly urge all my faculty, staff, research scholars and students to become a part of the ongoing drive for 2nd cycle of NAAC accreditation. In order to fulfill the stringent NAAC assessment criteria, we have to demonstrate our publications in high impact factor indexed journals, major and/or minor research projects, innovations, novel prototypes, patents, consultancy work, collaborative research partnership with National/International labs, students’ mentorship, functional Industry-academia relationship and participation in community services. My foremost priority is to promote research, innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem at Integral University, which aims to develop innovative solutions to the most daunting challenges of our society and nation.
As we have already moved forward to 2021 with adherence to new normal, I take the opportunity to remind you all of our mutual responsibility to protect each other by following necessary public health guidelines. As we incrementally increase density on campus, we must be ever more vigilant in wearing facial masks, practicing physical distancing, and limiting gatherings in hostels and academic Departments. Check in on each other and extend voluntary support to those who need it, particularly the foreign students in campus. Be kind and be safe.
Wishing you a very happy and productive academic year.
