Human Resource Development Center

Human Resource Development Center (HRDC), Integral University has been trying to utilize its potential to its maximum limits under the able and patronizing guidance of the Hon’ble Chancellor. The HRD Center of Integral University seeks to carve out a place in the heart of the country, the University and in its alumni in the years to come.

Under the National Policy on Education (NPE-1986) to achieve continuous knowledge up-gradation, capacity building and motivation for teachers to accept modern-day challenges, Integral University constituted an Academic Staff College (ASC) in its main Campus at Dasauli, Kursi Road Lucknow on June 26, 2013. Since, UGC changed the nomenclature of all Academic Staff Colleges; it was later renamed as Human Resource Development Centre w.e.f. April 01, 2015.

At fin de siècle, the NPE had rightly underpinned the urgent need for creating effective systems to provide opportunities for professionals and career development of teachers, necessary for quality education and research. This was to ponder-over the changing requirements of teachers and learners in the Indian institutions of higher education, to accept new challenges emerging from the growth of new knowledge and equal or surpass the international competitiveness for force majeure. The Integral University HRD Center mainly aims:

• To improve the art of teaching,
• To upgrade the skill of teaching faculty,
• To achieve goals of higher education,
• To carry out the programmes of the Personality Development,
• To promote Computer Literacy as well as use of ICT in teaching & learning process etc.

The HRDC of Integral University is one of the Regional Centre of Centre for Academic Leadership and Educational Management (CALEM) established at AMU, Aligarh, under the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Govt. of India’s Scheme of Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya National Mission on Teachers & Teaching (PMMMNMTT).
